Dr. Renée Galloway, Owner of Sweet Inspirations LLC is a multi-passionate business woman. She is ardent about assisting individuals and groups to achieve and maintain solid, personal and professional growth. Through her training and development programs, she endeavors to empower others to pursue their goals and dreams while embracing tools and principles to make positive change a way of life.
For over 15 years, Dr. Galloway has developed and facilitated workshops in personal and professional development, financial principles, vision boarding and more at conferences, churches, and group settings with proven results. She has completed extensive leadership and financial related training programs, including those of Les Brown, Stephen Covey, John Maxwell, Larry Burkett, and Dave Ramsey. Renee is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) specializing in Productivity Strategies.
Renee is an avid baker and also offers select sweet treats through Sweet Inspirations including her specialty pound cake. She is ServSafe certified through the Allegheny County Health Department’s Food Certification Program.
She is the co-founder of the University of Pittsburgh’s Alliance of Urban Scholars, an educational support group for Doctoral students within the School of Education. Renee continues to provide support and attends networking events and retreats sponsored by the group.
Renee is the author of Done! Prioritize, Plan and Perform to Accomplish Your Goals. Having used the tools described in Done! to complete personal and professional goals, Dr. Galloway has firsthand insight and experience with the path to personal success. She is also an experienced course developer for an online procurement education provider.
As a Supplier Diversity and Supply Chain professional, Dr. Galloway serves on the board of the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council as Co-Chair of the certification committee and the Institute for Supply Management-Pittsburgh as Director of Membership.
Dr. Galloway earned her Doctoral Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, her MBA from Point Park University, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
Renee is married, to Russell Galloway, mom to son Stephen/daughter-in-love Katie and Nana, to granddaughter, Ruby.
